Customer right and dutys

Leuku's photographs are for the most part sold for one time publishing.
Should the customer wish to use the photograph for additional purposes permission must
be obtained from Leuku or from the photographer in writing.

Exclusive publishing rights to images can be obtained from Leuku.
Alternatively a photograph's sales history can be provided to customers.
Purchasing the exclusive rights to a photograph automatically removes it from
public view in Leuku's web pages.

Image file recommendations

To prevent the accidental use of the photograph after it has been published
Leuku strongly recommend removing the file from your hard drive or network.
This is to protect both our customers' and our photographers' rights.
